Autoscrolling

Since I updated Firefox to version 4 beta, has the autoscrolling function stopped to work. The autoscrolling function is the circle that pops up when you click with the scroll wheel on a page, that let you navigate on the website by just moving around the mouse. (Sorry, but I can’t describe it any better, you have to try it out by yourself.) I thought that it was a bug, because it had always worked before. But after some googeling I found out that it’s setting in Firefox.

You can activate autoscrolling by doing these steps:

  1. Press the Firefox-button in top left corner. (Firefox 4 thing)
  2. Press Options… on the menu.
  3. A new window will opens, click on the Advance tab.
  4. Make sure the General tab is selected and now you can activate autoscrolling under Browsing.
  5. Press OK. Finished!
