Earlier today I finished the game Prototype on PC. I think it’s a pretty cool game with all super powers that you are able to unlock. The game reminds me very much about Spiderman 3, partly because both games are based on the same place (Manhattan) and therefore got similar looking maps, and partly because both games are beat-them-up and you are jumping and climbing around on houses as crazy.
On the downside it gets a bit repetitive after a while, and I didn’t really likes the auto save “bug” in the missions that made the game a lot easier. For an example: You are playing a mission and you have captured a damaged tank. You complete a mission objective and the game auto saves while you are still in the tank. A bit later you die and you restart from the checkpoint. But now you are sitting in a fully regenerated tank and got all ammunition back. This “bug” made it easier, as you realize.
But… Geh? What am I trying to do? Write a review? I think these numbers says more intelligent stuff about this game than I ever will do:
